Check-In is July 9, 2013 at 12:30 at the Stake Center.
For youth conference, we will use the same dress code as EFY.
Here is a link to that dress code
http://ce.byu.edu/yp/dress.php
Please note:
ALL shorts, skirts, and dresses MUST BE KNEE LENGTH
The wearing of "leggings" does not allow for any exceptions to the Especially for Youth Dress policy.
NO RUNNING SHORTS, NO COMPRESSION SHORTS, NO Tight fitting YOGA or EXERCISE PANTS
Shirts must be modest in fit, extend below the waistline, and be long enough to cover the stomach and lower back, especially when bending over or raising hands or arms. If shirts do not meet the approved length, undershirts must be worn to assure modesty. Sleeves must cover the shoulders.
This applies to all attire, including pjs for the duration of the trip. Including the bus trip to and from Nauvoo.
The Strength of Youth states: "When you are well groomed and modestly dressed, you invite the companionship of the Spirit and you can be a good influence on others" (For the Strength of Youth, 6).
We appreciate your cooperation in helping us invite the Spirit to be with as we experience Old Nauvoo.
If you have any questions, please refer to the EFY dress standards and the Strength of Youth Pamphlet.
Also please note, canned drinks are not allowed on the bus. You may bring bottles with screw on caps!
Because of limited space, one suitcase per person.
We can't wait to see you!
